Kennedy Doyle has experience with all levels of cases ranging from relatively minor to complex cases. We are not a “factory” looking to process as many cases as possible. We only take cases we believe in and our clients receive the individual attention they deserve. Our attorneys handling personal injury have the experience and skill necessary to maximize compensation for medical bills, lost wages, pain and suffering, and other damages.
Statutes of limitations restrict the time period within which you may make claims or file legal actions, so it is important to contact us as soon as possible after the accident to protect your rights. We will not stop fighting for the compensation that you deserve.
We handle personal injury matters on a contingency fee basis, meaning instead of charging an hourly fee we take a percent of the amount recovered.
